DIGITAL POS SYSTEMS MANAGER

HOW YOU CAN HELP?

• You are responsible for the operational management and maintenance of our digital
systems, in particular for all master-data in our cloud based e-POS system
• You gather and maintain all detailed information concerning menus, dishes, recipes,
ingredients and price setting
• You coordinate, monitor and report stock taking processes in our stores
• You coordinate, monitor, report and improve inventory levels, order placement,
staff scheduling procedures in our stores
• You maintain supplier information, pricing and service levels in our E-POS system
• You are responsible for user access management

OUR TEAM

The job is based in Belgium, in our Brussels HQ , supports the operations in Belgium, France and the
United Kingdom and reports directly into the COO. We are a very small team so there will be lots of
involvement across projects. You’ll work closely with our supply chain and sourcing teams.
You’ll also work closely with our Food & Beverage teams (and if you’re nice to them they
will feed you…often and very well).

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WOULD

• Excellent oral and written English and Dutch or French communication skills
• At least 5 years experience managing a central POS or ERP system in a multinational
• Experience in the (international) Food & Beverage or Hospitality industry
• Analytical mindset, experience with analysis and synthesis of vast ammounts of data
• Analytical, good with numbers and reporting
• Knowledge of master data maintenance
• Great attention to detail
• Affinity with IT, process management and application management
• Super organized, can work with minimal supervison
• Good communicator, able to explain process and results to others
